Purpose
The Territorial Soldiers Express Council (TSEC) – made up of the Territorial Sergeant Major, one soldier representative from each Division, and one Cadet representative – is tasked with helping the Eastern Territory move forward with speed and purpose as we pursue our mission and vision as an Army of Salvation. We do this by facilitating direct engagement between soldiers and territorial leadership. Our leaders recognize the need to hear the ideas and concerns expressed by the soldiery. This feedback provides a critical perspective that speaks into decisions made and strategies implemented. The voices of soldiers are important, and they are being heard!
