National Script Database

National Script Database This database is a collection of offerings from Salvation Army writers across the USA. Each piece was written with the intention of glorifying God, sharing his Gospel, and edifying the Church, and are thus made available to you to do the same in your community. In order to encourage writers and the further development of quality works to be made available to corps and church drama teams, please find ways to acknowledge our gifted artists by giving credit to the authors.

while children go hungry, as they do now I’ll fight;
while men go to prison, in and out, in and out, as they do now,
I’ll fight; while there is a poor lost girl upon the streets, while there remains one dark soul without the light of God, I’ll fight,

I’ll fight to the very end!”

– General William Booth
