What is Booth Youth?
Booth Youth has a unique mission: to strive to inspire a generation of youth within The Salvation Army’s eastern territory to live for what matters most. This website will serve to equip that generation with resources, articles, links, programs, and events so that more can come to know Jesus.
We also strive to be a resource for the Eastern territory at the local level, with resources for all youth programs at the corps and divisional levels.
We are passionate about making a lasting impact on the spiritual journey of our youth. It is our hope that through this site, a new generation of leaders will be trained and inspired to serve the kingdom.

Major Jodi Lloyd
Associate Territorial Youth Secretary
I’m Major Jodi Lloyd, and I’m thrilled to be leading the Territorial Youth Department with my husband. My passion is definitely corps and camp ministries. I grew up in a small corps participating in Jr. Soldiers, Sunbeams (I am a Commissioner Sunbeam), Corps Cadets and anything else I could go to at the corps. These programs were crucial to me when I was a child. I’ve spent every summer at camp since the age of 6. I met Jesus at Camp Wonderland and my life changed every summer as a camper and as a staff member. I oversee Jr. Soldiers, Corps Cadets, and Bible Bowl in the Territory. Let me know if you have any ideas or need any help with these programs!
I am the mother of 4 very energetic, great kids. Our family loves soldiering at the Spring Valley Corps and I am blessed to lead an amazing Corps Cadet brigade of 23 young people with my husband!
Captain Stephen Mayes
Christian Education Director
Howdy Y’all! I’m Captain Stephen Mayes and I am the Territorial Christian Education Director. The biggest part of my job is working with the wonderful corps of the USA Eastern Territory as they launch the new ORANGE Sunday School Curriculum! Starting in June 2017 The Salvation Army USA began a dynamic partnership with the folks at Think ORANGE. Their team is a bunch of Jesus loving folks who are desperate to see more people come to know God through Sunday School! If you haven’t checked out their material be sure to do so soon! It’s pretty incredible!
Outside of my office job, I enjoy hanging out with my wife and learning about new things! Right now I’m learning how to make some cool videos for YouTube! Be sure to check them out!
Captain Gillian Rogers
